Everyone thinks that door step deliveries are a thing of the past. Why should it be!

Payment Methods
At Kerr’s we have been making door step deliveries for many years and we try to think of as many methods of payment as possible, to make this convenient for our customers. In line with other businesses, that means we are pleased to now be able to offer customer the convenience of paying by direct debit.
How the Direct Debit Works
If you have not used the direct debit method of payment before, here’s how it works:

If you become a new customer of Kerr’s Dairy we won’t take any personal details at the door |

Instead, once you reserve your first delivery, that morning you will receive a mandate form through your door with a prepaid, self-addressed envelope. All you need to do is fill this in and send it back |

To allow for holidays or changes in orders, at the end of each month of delivery we will send you an invoice giving the exact amount of money we will take that month. This invoice will be sent to you 10 working days before any money is taken out. This allows you time to call us with any changes. |
Paying by Cheque or Cash
If you prefer to pay by cheque, you can either leave this out for our milk boys to pick up in the morning or send it in to our head office.
Similarly if you prefer to pay by cash again you can send this in to head office, or we can collect it on the last Friday of the month.
